Hanghui supplies the HH-KR120 series of Ketonic Resin, also known as Ketone Resin or Polyketone Resin, for printing inks, paints, coatings and adhesive formulations. The series includes HH-KR110, HH-KR120L and HH-KR120W, with different softening-point and hydroxyl-value ranges.
Ketonic resin is used as a co-binder or resin modifier in compatible formulations. It can support adhesion, hardness, gloss, formulation solid content and coating fullness when used with a suitable base resin and solvent system.
Grade selection should be based on the required softening point, hydroxyl value, compatibility and finished-film performance. The resin should be tested with the customer's complete formulation and actual application process before production.

• Printing inks: Gravure and flexographic inks, plastic-surface printing inks, gold-blocking inks, anti-forgery inks, flexible relief inks, ball-pen inks, heat-resistant milk-package inks and overprinting varnishes.
• Paints and coatings: Clear and pigmented paints, nitrocellulose paints, acrylic-resin paints, chlorinated-rubber paints, amino-resin paints and polyester paints.
• Adhesives: Suitable for evaluation in hot-melt pressure-sensitive and solvent-type adhesive formulations.
Application performance depends on the base resin, solvent system, pigment, substrate and processing conditions.

Compatibility should be confirmed in the customer's actual resin ratio and solvent system before scale-up.
• HH-KR110: Softening point 100-120℃ and hydroxyl value 110-130 mgKOH/g.
• HH-KR120L: Softening point 115-125℃ and the lowest specified hydroxyl-value range, 40-60 mgKOH/g.
• HH-KR120W: Softening point 120-130℃ and the highest specified hydroxyl-value range, 190-210 mgKOH/g.
• Select the grade according to the base resin, solvent system, processing temperature and required finished-film properties.
Add the selected grade gradually to the compatible formulation under continuous agitation. Confirm complete dissolution or uniform incorporation before adding the remaining formulation components.
No universal addition level is specified. Establish the dosage through laboratory trials and verify viscosity, compatibility, adhesion, gloss, hardness, drying and finished-film performance on the actual substrate.

• Store the product in a cool, dry place and keep the original packaging properly closed.
