HH-2103B is a micronized aqueous wax dispersion based on fluorine-modified polyethylene wax. It is supplied for water-based coating, printing ink and finishing formulations where slip, low surface friction and scratch resistance are required.
The product is a milky white to yellowish thick liquid with 35±2% solid content and non-ionic character. It can be introduced into a compatible water-based formulation under normal mixing conditions.
The final effect depends on the binder, pigment, other additives, addition level and application conditions. Compatibility, storage stability, surface appearance and film performance should be checked in the customer's formulation before production.

HH-2103B is used as a surface-modifying wax additive in compatible water-based systems. After proper incorporation, it helps reduce the coefficient of friction and improve slip and scratch resistance of the dried coating or printed film.
As the product is supplied as an aqueous dispersion, mixing conditions should be selected to maintain uniform dispersion. The effect on gloss, transparency, recoating, adhesion and printing performance should be confirmed before commercial use.
• Water-based coatings: Used to improve slip and scratch resistance in compatible coating systems.
• Water-based printing inks: Applied as a surface additive where lower friction and better rub performance are required.
• Water-based finishing agents: Used to adjust surface feel, slip and resistance to handling scratches.

The recommended addition level is generally 1-10%, depending on the formulation and required surface performance. Determine the working dosage through laboratory testing.
Mix the product thoroughly before use. Add it slowly under suitable agitation and confirm uniform distribution in the finished formulation. For a new system, check compatibility, foam, viscosity, gloss, adhesion, slip and scratch resistance before production.
