Hanghui H64, H67 and H608 are water-soluble solid styrene-acrylic resins supplied for water-based printing ink, pigment dispersion and overprint varnish formulations. The three grades provide different molecular weights, softening points and glass-transition temperatures for formulation selection.
These resins can be used as binders or pigment-grinding resins. After suitable neutralization and dissolution, they provide resin compatibility, pigment wetting, gloss, transparency and transfer performance according to the selected grade and complete formulation.
Grade selection should be based on the printing process, pigment system, required gloss, drying response, film hardness and compatibility with the emulsion or other binders used in the formulation.

The H-series solid acrylic resins are intended for water-based systems requiring pigment dispersion, gloss, transparency and solubility. They can be used as the main grinding resin or combined with compatible acrylic emulsions and other binders.
H64 is positioned as a high-molecular-weight grade with high gloss, clarity and low VOC potential in a suitable water-based formulation. H67 is a high-molecular-weight grade selected for gloss, clarity and solubility. H608 is a medium-molecular-weight grade intended for good transferability, print adaptability and solubility.

• H64: Consider for pigment grinding, printing inks, emulsion synthesis and varnishes where high gloss, clarity and solubility are required.
• H67: Consider for pigment grinding, printing inks and emulsion synthesis requiring a higher-molecular-weight solid acrylic resin.
• H608: Consider for pigment grinding and printing ink systems requiring transferability, print adaptability and solubility.
• Equivalent-product information is provided for grade-selection reference. Customers should confirm suitability through formulation and production testing.
Select the grade according to the required molecular weight, softening point, Tg and printing performance. The neutralizing agent, water ratio, dissolution temperature and addition level should be established through laboratory testing.
For pigment grinding, confirm pigment wetting, dispersion viscosity, color development and storage stability. When used with an acrylic emulsion or another binder, check compatibility, gloss, drying, water resistance and final print performance before production.
