VAGH is a hydroxyl-modified vinyl chloride, vinyl acetate and vinyl alcohol terpolymer resin. Supplied as a white powder, it is used in solvent-based printing inks and coatings, including plastic-film inks and formulations containing polyurethane resins.
The resin provides film formation, pigment wetting and dispersion, and solvent release. It is used where adhesion to PET film and compatibility with the other ink or coating components are required.
