HH-1090 is a hard, non-film-forming styrene-acrylic copolymer emulsion developed for water-based printing inks. It has a fine and uniform particle distribution and is designed to provide good opacity, strong adhesion, pigment color development and stable printing performance.
HH-1090 is particularly suitable for water-based flexographic and gravure printing inks. It can also be evaluated in water-based overprint varnish formulations where compatibility with the complete formulation has been confirmed.

The recommended addition level depends on the ink or coating formulation, pigment loading, substrate and required printing performance. Determine the final dosage through laboratory testing and confirm it against the official TDS.
Evaluate compatibility before production use when HH-1090 is combined with pigments, acrylic polymers, defoamers, wetting agents or other formulation additives. Avoid contamination during handling and keep the container sealed when the product is not in use.

● Store the product in a sealed container.
● Avoid freezing and exposure to high temperatures.
● Recommended normal storage temperature: 10–35℃.
